About me

Hello, our names are Amie and Bailey. We are a lovely brother and sister pair of 10 year old Dachshund X Jack Russel’s looking for a new home together.

I, Amie, am an energetic adventure seeker but Bailey is more of a laid back kind of pooch. We both travel well and love getting out and about, exploring new places and making new friends. We love people and will often get excited when meeting someone new!

After a leisurely stroll we both enjoy chilling out and relaxing at home. I especially love a good cuddle on your lap whilst snoozing under a blanket whereas Bailey would be chilling out waiting for food time, he does love his food and would do anything for a treat!

Bailey suffers with diabetes and from this has unfortunately lost the sight in one of his eyes. He does cope very well and can actively enjoy a normal doggy life however he does need to have an injection of insulin and eye drops twice a day, which any new owner would need to be able and confident to do.

We are looking for an active home where everyone in the household is 10+. Although ok with dogs out and about, we generally prefer our own space and would prefer the house to ourselves however we have previously lived with cats and could possibly do so again.

* We are not currently at the centre kennels, if you are interested in rehoming us please call the centre on 01458 252656 for more information*
