About me

My name is Lou and I am a lovely lurcher aged 10 years old, who can often be spotted perched in my favourite armchair looking very dainty with my front paws crossed.

When I'm not relaxing I enjoy stretching my legs with Zoomies in one of the dog runs here at the centre, or nosing through the hedgerows for interesting smells.

I can feel quite intimidated by other dogs and can give them a bit of a telling off so I would need the person who adopts me  to have experience of this type of behaviour. Because of this and the chase drive that comes with my breed I will also need to wear my muzzle when I'm out and about.

I am a very clever girl and the staff here have been giving me food in all sorts of interesting food puzzles which I really enjoy solving.

I love people and am very affectionate and gentle. I could live with sensible children over the age of 12.

I'm sure I would make a lovely addition to the right home. If you think I'm the girl for you then please get in touch.
