About me

Hey there, my name’s Bonnie and I am a wonderful twelve-year-old Jack Russell Terrier. I came into the centre, as my owner didn’t have enough time for me.

I have been described as an energetic pooch for my age who still has plenty of life in me! I am a very friendly girl who loves people of all ages and enjoy being around people during the day. I can be a tad stubborn on the lead at times and my carers have been working on this with me.

I have really enjoyed going out and about offsite for walks and have been relaxed around the other dogs that I have met. I travel really nicely in the van, providing I have help getting in.

I'm looking for an active and calm new home which will allow me to settle in my own time. It is important I find someone patient who will help me with my toilet training. I also need to find someone who is around for the most part of the day, as I love company and don’t cope being left. A secure garden is also a must in my new home as I have been told I have pretty selective hearing.

I could possibly live with another dog, depending on how our dog mixes go on site and in the home. Any children would need to be 12+ and used to older dogs like myself.

If I sound right for you then please consider me, I am a very sweet girl and my carers say I will make a fantastic companion!
