Hello I’m Roxy, a 2 year old staff x jack Russel!
I was brought to the National Animal Welfare Trust Clacton centre to start my search for a new home and loving family when my previous family could no longer provide me with the care I need.
When I arrived here I was very scared and nervous. With some time and patience from all of the staff I have slowly learnt to trust them, so much so that I don’t like being left on my own. I’m really hoping that some day soon the family for me will walk through the gates, fall in love with me and want to give me my forever home.
I love spending time with the staff in the fields! Some days I just want to snuggle on a cushion having tummy tickles and feeling the sun on my face, other days it’s so fun to play zoomies, throwing some toys about and giving the staff the run around when it’s time to come in! It’s makes them smile!
There are two things I know for sure, 1 it is going to take a little time for me to feel comfortable with my new family and 2 I am going to be the most loving family dog you could ever ask for! So please, if you would like to offer me my forever home, get in touch with the centre for the chance to meet me!
