About me

Hi everyone, my name is Jasper and I’m a very lovely Cocker spaniel in search of my very own forever home! I’m a gentle, loving soul who is looking forward to revealing my true character to some very lucky humans!

I can be quite shy and reserved at first so, whilst it might take a little while for it to come out, the staff here are certain there’s so much more to my personality to learn about and love! One thing they have learnt is how much I love my cuddles! I will paw at your arm for you to carry on until I have decided I’ve had enough!

I’ve also really enjoyed exploring the big wide world! Like all us spaniels, I love getting my spaniel nose into all the good sniffs. This does mean that walks can take quite some time because there is just SO much to stop and sniff...I will love walks in the countryside or woods! I’m only young so I’m after a home where I can have lots of fun and adventure!

I’m not really used to living in a home so there are things I don’t understand yet; I don’t really know what toys are for and I will need to go back to puppy basics with my training. I will do well in a home with patient owners who will offer me the time, kindness and reassurance I need to flourish. Because of my timid nature, I will be best living in an adult only home. I like to say hello to other dogs out and about and I think I could possibly live with a nice, calm older lady dog. If you think I could be the boy for you, then please do get in touch!!
