Hey there, my name’s Lincoln and I am a fantastic three-year-old Lakeland Terrier. I have come into the centre through no fault of my own and now I am now looking for my new forever home.
I am a very friendly and sweet little chap. I can be a little nervous when meeting new people but with gentle handling and a couple tasty treats my way; I soon come out of my shell. I am a relaxed little traveller & love exploring quieter places.
I will need a secure garden so I can have some off lead time and a chance to play with my toys. I can get a bit jumpy and nippy when excited so it is important for me to find someone with terrier experience.
I am still only a youngster so I’m looking for owners that are as active as I am. I know a few basic commands, though I would benefit from further training once in the home.
I am best suited to an adult only rural home with no visiting children. I can intially be a bit vocal around unknown dogs but, once introduced to well socialised dogs I will have a play. I could possibly live with another dog in the home providing we get along at the centre first. I'd be best suited to a home without cats.
