Hello there, my name’s Cookie. I am a wonderful Jack Russell terrier born in October 2012. I have come into the centre because my owners were working long hours and didn’t think this was fair on me.
I am a bit of a sensitive chap with a lot of love to give if you take the time to get to know me. I do get a bit nervous in new situations so I am looking for a calm and quiet home to call my own. Once you do have a relationship with me, I am very loyal and incredibly affectionate.
I’m still a very active boy who loves getting out and about and would love to find a patient owner that can show me the real world isn’t as scary as I first thought. All my basic training is good and I pick things up quickly – the tasty treats I get here help to keep me motivated. I would love to have a garden to potter about and play in, although my new owners will have to make sure it is definitely secure as I love to explore and could accidently wander off.
I am looking for a rural/semi-rural home with sensible active owners that have terrier experience. I would love to find a peaceful home with a little coming and going and no visiting children.
