Hello, my name is Flower. I was approximately born in 2011 and I am an incredibly beautiful female Lurcher. I have been at the centre for some time now and sadly I have yet to find my perfect home.
I am very affectionate and will make a great addition to the right family. I can be a little wary of new people but with sensible introductions (and tasty treats!) it doesn't take me long to trust. I will need my new owners to be understanding and willing to make the time and effort to gain my trust by visiting me at the centre several times. Staff and volunteers have ensured my basic training is good, along with lots of fun tricks... but with your help I could learn so much more!
I am a very good traveller and love going out on road trips. When I get back from my adventures I soon settle down in the home for a nap on my bed! I am a very good house dog, with good manners and I am quite happy to relax whilst you carry on with your day.
I am looking for a rural or semi-rural home, where everyone in the household is over the age of 16. I could possibly live with a neutered male of a similar breed type to me. I just want a quiet life, with a gentle stroll once or twice a day, with company will suffice.
I now have my own Facebook page! Please find my page by searching Flower... then like and share it with all your friends.
