About me

Hello, my name is Bruce and I am 1 years old. I was brought to the centre as a stray, my carers think I may have been on my own for a while because I am quite nervous of them.

I spend all day hiding and sometimes hiss when they approach me. They give me 3 tasty meals a day and it’s warm and dry here but it’s a bit scary not knowing where you are. My carers are very gentle and are slowly teaching me to trust humans again but it is going to take time.

I love my food, so they tend to use Dreamies to win me round but when the treats stop I sometimes give a little grumble so they know I’m not comfortable. Meal times are my favourite part of the day and I love eating my food from puzzles – it’s so much fun figuring them out and I feel much more relaxed afterwards.

I am looking for a home with adults or families with teenagers age 16 and over. I will need to be the only pet in the home and once I have settled in I will need access to the outdoors.
