Hello, My name is Eitha, I’m a friendly 15 year old Domestic Shorthaired cat who came into the centre as my owner very sadly passed away.
I’ve got to admit, coming to the centre was a bit of a shock to the system. I found it very unsettling and it’s taken me a while to come out of my shell. However, I have been getting a little braver and a little friendlier everyday.
Now that I’m a bit more relaxed, I really enjoy a gentle fuss, and have been known to purr very loudly when I get some attention. I’m an independent girl though, and prefer everything to be on my own terms.
I’ve previously been an indoor cat but the staff feel it would be lovely if I could spend some time sunbathing in the garden should I wish to. I’ve no experience of dogs or children (and don’t intend to gain any at my age!), but I do like other cats, so could potentially live with one, provided we got along.
I’ve had a rough time of it recently, and I’m looking for a quiet place to call home. Do you have the place for me?
