About me

Please meet Hera,

Hera came into our care as a stray, she had given birth to 3 kittens in someones back garden and now Hera and her kittens are in our care looking for their forever home.

Hera is a very timid girl, we are unsure of how long she had been straying for but we do believe she has been in a home at some point in her life because although she is nervous, if you approach her slowly and calmly she will accept fuss and attention from the staff and volunteers her at HULA. Hera will become frightened and run away if there is too much noise or too much going on around her.

Hera is looking for a calm, quiet, adult only home where she can relax and come out of her shell. Her owner will need to have experience with nervous cats or be willing to take the time to help her build her confidence.

Hera enjoys the time she spends in our outdoor cat enrichment area, she will sit on her cat tree and watch the world go by. Hera has not shown much interest in toys while she has been in our care but once she has settled into a new home she could come out of her shell a little more and become more playful.

Hera is looking to be the only pet in the house so she can have all the attention to herself. She would like access to outside once she has settled in.

If you could provide Hera with the home she is looking for, please contact recpetion.
