Hi, my name is Prince, I am a shy but friendly 8 year old domestic shorthaired cat who is looking for a new home.
It took me a while to come out of my shell here at the centre, it was all a bit of a shock to me. I’m a lovely boy, but I’m afraid my response to new situations is to hide and wait for them to go away. I’ll definitely need a patient owner who’s willing to let me come to them on my own.
I tend to hide from dogs and, whilst I have lived with another cat in the past, the staff here feel I’d be happier being the only pet in the household, that way I get all the attention myself. I do love having a brush and am very cuddly once you’ve earned my trust. I like my peace and quiet so I’m afraid I’d rather not live with young children either. I could probably live with older, cat savvy children. I do like having a wander about, so outside access is a must for me.
I’m an affectionate, gentle boy who needs a quiet place to call home. Could that home be yours?
