About me

Hello!  My name is Boots and I'm 2 years old.  In my previous home, I was an indoor cat but due to my owner being in hospital, it was best that I came into the centre.  I'm full of energy, always talking or playing and I enjoy working for treats as I'm super smart!  I love going outside and exploring and being busy - a big garden or small holding would be ideal and I may turn out to be a bit of a hunter!  Because I've got lots of new experiences ahead of me, I'm looking for an experienced cat owner who will be calm and patient with me if I become worried.  I'm much more affectionate now that I've settled into a routine and I'll often give a welcome miaow to visitors.  Another friendly, playful resident cat would help to keep me entertained and living with a dog is a possibility although I haven't had any experiences with them yet.  As I can be a bit heavy pawed and excitable I'm best to live with adults and older teenagers.
