Meet Maggie!

Hello, I'm Maggie, a senior sweetheart looking for a new home to live out my twilight years.

I'm a lovely lady, I was a little nervous when I first arrived at the centre, after 15 years in my previous home it was a very big change for me, and I was grieving the owner I sadly lost, but since being placed in a foster home I have totally transformed into a confident little cuddle monster who loves to be the centre of attention. You can always find me curled up having a snooze, and if you don't see me straight away you'll soon hear my loud purrs once you get near to me.

Now, I'm not as young as I once was and that does mean I have some health conditions I'll need support with in my new home. I have hyperthyroidism which means I have to take some special medicine and dietary needs, but the team will be able to talk you through all of that. The important thing is, I'm still happy, full of life and have a lot of love to give!

I'm quite content to be around other cats, so I may be able to share my home with a calm, quiet cat who will respect my space, but I'm not keen on dogs so it will need to be a feline-only zone.
