Meet Octavia !

Hello, pleased to meet you, my name is Octavia.
I am a super affectionate girl and a real bundle of fun who has had a bit of a rough start. It sometimes takes me a little while to get to know people, but once I do I'll be your best friend. Because of this a home with older teenager children or adults would be better suited to me.
I came into the centre as a stray and in a real state to be honest - my coat was severely matted, so bad in fact, that the staff here had to just shave it off in order to relieve me as it was so tight and itchy. I'm feeling much better now that I have had a hair cut but I will need my new owners to keep on top of my coat care and take me to a groomers regularly.
I love to play with my toys and really enjoy my walks too (I walk beautifully well on my lead), I even travel well in the car, so I am ready to go on lots of adventures with you. I am on the go a lot of the time so will need plenty of exercise and also enjoy using my brain so hopefully my new owners will enjoy training me as much as I love to learn.
I will need to be the only dog in the home, as even though I am great when I see dogs out on my walks I am not happy sharing my space with them, and because of this I wouldn't be able to live with cats either.
