Meet Dave!

Hey, nice to meet you I'm Dave, and I am a male Bulldog cross.
I have got it all going on....the good looks! the muscles! and a great character!
I have come into the centre as a stray which is hard to believe as I am so gorgeous, but at least the team here have been looking after me. I am now ready to start looking for my forever home with people who are going to love me for me.
I am a big boy and have a lot of strength so I will need an owner to match this strength and ideally someone who has Bully breed experience.
I love people and am very affectionate once I know you - so watch out for big slobbery Dave kisses. I will just need the time away from my favourite people to be built up slowly, and the team here have started to crate train me which will come in handy in my new home.
I can be excitable and have thought in the past that my lead is a toy, so the team here are helping me learn how to walk nicely on my lead, but I just love my walks so cant wait to go on lots of new adventures.
Once I have been out for my walks I love to chill out and lie down close by to you. I'm good to handle and love a real fuss.
I do like to chomp on things, in particular anything rubbery or squidgy so the team are giving me appropriate toys to chew on instead. My new owners will need to be patient with me and give me time to settle and learn about the home environment.
An adult home without cats would be best for me as I am such a big lad, and I can be boisterous. I am learning my manners though and my new owners will need to continue with this.
