We have ambitious plans for our future development and need an enthusiastic and self-motivated Part Time Receptionist to join our Bedfordshire team and make a difference.

About the role:

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your main duties are answering general enquiries from members of the public and carrying out our intake and adoption processes.  Experience of customer service in a busy reception environment or a relevant qualification is essential, as the role covers:

  • Answering telephone, email and in person enquiries.
  • Preparing adoption and intake paperwork, including updating our database

  • Managing the centre’s diary and daily appointments

About you:
