Reporting to the Supporter Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for helping build awareness of the Trust amongst the communities the charity serves and the wider UK population, to increase the Trust’s supporter base and mailing list and to provide support to the Supporter Relations team. You will be part of a small friendly Head Office team who are all committed to improving the lives of the UK’s pets.
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of social media channels with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be a creative thinker who is always looking for innovative ideas. They will be comfortable working on their own initiative and prioritising their workload to meet deadlines and will have a flexible approach as they may need to spend time supporting with external events.
The role is full time, 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. A flexible working pattern will be considered for the right candidate.
