Rabbit awareness with the National Animal Welfare Trust

Did you know more than 67,000* rabbits end up in rescue centres across the UK every year?

This Rabbit Awareness Week (June 2 – June 9) we aim to educate pet owners about rabbit welfare, share advice sheets, case studies, success stories and homing appeals for those bunnies in our centres waiting for forever homes.

It has often been speculated by rabbit welfare organisations that rabbits are ‘one of the most misunderstood animals in the UK’. This spans from misunderstood behaviour to what their ideal diet consists of.

Our Berkshire centre near Newbury is currently creating their very own 'Rabbit World'!

Work has now started on the project just in time for Rabbit Awareness Week, but we still have to raise another £34,000 before the project can be completed.

Thanks to The Greenham Trust Ltd this is much more achievable as they will be DOUBLING any donations.

Every £1 donated towards our project will be matched by The Greenham Trust Ltd. So please, donate today and see your donation go even further for the benefit of homeless and abandoned rabbits in Berkshire.
