Could homeless pair of dogs 'wobble' into your heart?

Wobble by name and by nature! Sweet dog Wobble has a birth defect that means she moves uncontrollably when walking, but this doesn’t stop her ‘zest for life’.

Seven-year-old Shih Tzu cross came into the care of our Cornwall centre with her brother Winston and has been entertaining our staff  ever since.

Centre manager Louise explains: “Wobble’s condition doesn’t cause her any pain and she’s adapted really well to it.

“She is a friendly, affectionate dog that has such a zest for life it’s infectious.

“Winston likes to look after his sister and can be a bit protective so they need a home without other dogs in.

“We were told that Wobble was starved of oxygen when her mum was giving birth to her. But thankfully she doesn’t realise that she is any different to her brother and she certainly makes sure that she gets her fair share of treats!

“The only thing she struggles with is steps so we would have to bare this in mind for her future home and garden that it’s all on one level for her.

“They could live with a resident cat and older, dog-savvy teenager.”
